'Press to Impress' - (Strict) Overhead Press

The 'Press to Impress' T-shirt range incentives you and rewards you for completing set weight challenges for the (strict) overhead press movement. There is a bronze, silver and gold version available with separate weight levels for men and women.

Men:

🥉Bronze: 30kg
🥈Silver: 60kg
🥇Gold: 90kg

Women:

🥉Bronze: 15kg
🥈Silver: 32.5kg
🥇Gold: 50kg
